Get started with Tiny Time Keeper
Understand the three places Tiny Time Keeper lives — the office iPad, your admin dashboard, and the employee portal — and jump to your first task.
Tiny Time Keeper is a time clock for teams that work in shifts. Employees punch in and out on a shared iPad at the office, and you manage everyone's hours from a dashboard. This page shows you the three places the app lives and points you to your first task.
The three places the app lives
The office iPad (kiosk)
The shared tablet at the front desk. Staff type their 4-digit PIN and tap a punch button — there's nothing to log into. For security, clocking in and out only works on this authorized iPad, not on a phone.
The admin dashboard
Where you manage the whole team from a computer. See who's working right now, fix punches, approve timesheets, and add staff. You sign in with your email and password.
The employee portal
A read-only view of an employee's own hours and pay estimate, on their own phone. They sign in with their email and password and can look, but not change anything.
Start here
I'm an employee
Learn how to clock in, take a break, and clock out on the office iPad — then how to check your own hours from your phone.
I'm an admin or owner
Set up the office iPad, add your staff and their schedules, then watch the day live on the dashboard and approve timesheets.
Everything runs on Eastern time
Punches, schedules, and pay periods all use Eastern time (America/New York), no matter where you sign in from.
