See who's working and act on alerts
Open the dashboard each morning to see who's clocked in, who's late, and who hasn't shown up, then fix problems on the spot.
The Dashboard is your home screen. It shows, in real time, who is currently working, who is on a break, who is running late, and who hasn't punched in for a shift they were scheduled for. Anything that needs your attention floats to the top so you can handle it without hunting for it.
Check the morning status at a glance
The four cards at the top give you the count for right now: Currently Working, On Break, Late Today, and No Show. Below them, the Who's Working panel lists every employee grouped by status, with a Live indicator so you know the numbers are current. People who didn't show up appear first; the calm Out group is collapsed at the bottom so the rows that need action lead.
A clocked-in employee shows their start time
Each working employee's row shows In at their punch time and how long they've been working so far (for example, *3h 12m worked*). Tap any employee's row to open their full profile.
Handle what needs attention
When anything is off, an amber Attention Required banner appears above the status cards. It bundles the day's problems in one place: no-shows, late arrivals, timesheets waiting for approval, and unusual failed-PIN activity at the kiosk.
- 1
Fix a no-show on the spot
When someone is marked as a no-show but you know they're actually here (they forgot to punch, or punched on the wrong device), select Fix next to their name in the banner, or Add punch on their row in Who's Working. A quick window opens so you can add the clock-in for them.
- 2
Review late arrivals
The Late Today count and the late arrival note tell you who clocked in after their scheduled start. No action is required — the system already pays them only from when they actually arrived — but you can open the employee to see the detail.
- 3
Clear pending approvals
Select timesheets pending approval in the banner to jump straight to the Timesheets page and approve the week.
When everything's fine, you'll see it
On a clean day the Alerts panel reads *All clear! No issues today.* and the Security Status card shows the kiosk is secure. No banner means nothing needs you.
Watch the security card
If someone enters the wrong PIN many times in an hour, the Security Status card turns red and the banner shows the count of failed attempts. That usually means a forgotten PIN — reset it from the employee's page — but a flood of attempts is worth a closer look.
Holidays and closed days are handled for you
On a holiday or a day your center is closed, a note at the top of the dashboard tells you no-show alerts are paused, so nobody gets flagged for being absent on a day off.
