NewPayroll export for ADP

Clock in. Clock out. Payroll ready.

Your team clocks in with a PIN on a shared iPad. Schedules, live alerts and weekly timesheets add up by themselves, and payroll is one export.

For teams that work in shifts

Timekeeping you never have to babysit. From the front-desk iPad to the payroll file, every hour is captured once and counted the same way, every week.

A clock that's hard to get wrong

Four digits on a shared iPad. Big keys, clear feedback, and no accounts or apps for your team to manage.

Schedules everyone can see

Plan the week once. Repeat it, change one day, and mark planned days off without breaking the pattern.

Hours that add up

Punches become a weekly timesheet with regular hours, overtime, breaks and gross pay already worked out.

One loop, every week.

Tiny Time Keeper follows the week the way you already run it: plan the shifts, watch the day, then close out the pay period.

01 · Before the shift

Plan the week in minutes

Build a schedule once and let it repeat. Change one day without touching the rest.

  • Weekly shifts with lunch and breaks
  • One-time changes for a single day
  • Planned days off that stay off

02 · During the shift

Know who's in, right now

The dashboard updates live as people clock in. Problems come to you before payday.

  • Live status for every employee
  • Alerts for late arrivals, no-shows and missing punches
  • Fix a missing punch from the alert itself

03 · After the shift

Approve, export, done

Each Friday the week's timesheets are ready. Review the few exceptions and send payroll.

  • Overtime counts only after you approve it
  • An audit trail for every edit
  • Export for ADP, Excel or CSV

The rulebook

Pay math you can explain to anyone.

When someone asks why their check says 39 hours, the answer is one sentence.

  1. 01

Early arrivals count from the scheduled start.

Coming in at 7:50 for an 8:00 shift is paid from 8:00.

  2. 02

Staying late counts once you approve it.

Until then, the day ends at the scheduled time. You decide.

  3. 03

Lunch deducts the longer of the two.

The break taken or the scheduled lunch, whichever is longer.

  4. 04

    Minutes are never rounded up.

Partial minutes are dropped, the same way every time.

The details that make Friday easy.

Keeps working offline

If the Wi-Fi drops, the kiosk holds punches and sends them when it reconnects.

Only your iPads can punch

You authorize each kiosk device, and you can remove one at any time.

Overtime under control

Late stays and early starts wait for your approval before they are paid.

Payroll in one file

Export the week for ADP, or download Excel and CSV for any other payroll.

A portal for your team

Employees see their own hours and past timesheets from any phone.

Every change on record

Edits to punches, approvals and pay rates keep a before and after.

Two-factor sign-in

Protect admin accounts with an authenticator app.

More than one location

Run separate workspaces and switch between them from one account.

Start keeping time this week.

Create your workspace, add your team, and put the kiosk on an iPad. Most of the setup is typing in names.
