Invite or suspend an Administrator
Give someone access to the admin dashboard, or suspend that access when they leave — from the Administrators roster.
Administrators manage the dashboard: employees, schedules, timesheets, and settings. Invite someone so they get their own login; suspend them when they leave. Open Administrators from the sidebar Administration group (or the Administrators quick link on Settings).
Invite an Administrator
- 1
Open Administrators
Go to Administrators (sidebar under Administration, or the quick link at the top of Settings).
- 2
Start invitations
Select Invite administrator.
- 3
Enter their emails
Add one or more email addresses they'll sign in with. New invitations are always for the Admin role — ownership is never granted by invite.
- 4
Send
Submit the invitations. Each person gets an email with a link to accept. If they already have a Tiny Timekeeper account on that email, they Sign In — their password is not changed. If they are new, they create an account and choose their own password. You never type or share a password for them.
Pending until they accept
A new invitation shows under Pending until they open the email and accept. If the email gets lost, open Actions on their row and choose Resend invitation.
Suspend an Administrator
- 1
Find them
On the Administrators roster, find the person whose access you want to end.
- 2
Suspend their access
Open Actions on their row, choose Suspend, then confirm. They immediately lose access to this workspace's dashboard. You can Reinstate them later from the Suspended tab.
The owner can't be suspended here
The workspace Owner is protected so the workspace never becomes ownerless. Transfer ownership first if you need to change who is in charge.
Forgot a password?
If an active Administrator is locked out, open Actions on their row and choose Send password recovery. They get a self-service email — you never see or set their password yourself.
