Manage your workspace settings
Where to set work schedules, work days, holidays, kiosk devices, and admins — and how to spin up a separate workspace.
Settings is the home base for how your workspace runs. From one page you set the shift times the clock measures against, the days the clock expects people in, the holidays it should skip, the iPad your team punches on, and the people who can manage all of it.
On the Settings page you'll find:
- 1
Work Schedules
Define shift start and end times and the lunch length that's deducted from each day. Select Add Schedule to create one, or hover a schedule to Edit or Delete it.
- 2
Kiosk Devices
See which iPads are authorized to clock in and out. Select Add Device to authorize a new one, or Revoke to retire one.
- 3
Work Days & Holidays
Choose which days of the week count as work days, and add holidays. The clock only flags no-shows on work days, and skips them on holidays you've added.
- 4
Administrators
Invite, suspend, or reinstate people who can sign in to the admin dashboard — managed on the Administrators page, not on Settings itself.
Quick links at the top
The links across the top of Settings jump you to Administrators (who can operate this workspace), Create workspace (start a separate workspace), and Billing.
Starting a brand-new workspace
Create workspace sets up a completely separate workspace where you're the owner — your current one is left exactly as it is. You'll name it and pick its timezone. To add someone to a workspace that already exists, invite them from Administrators instead of creating a new one.
