Forgot your PIN?

Get a fresh 4-digit PIN from your admin so you can clock in again.

If your 4-digit PIN won't work at the iPad, or you simply can't remember it, your admin can give you a new one. It only takes a minute.

    Ask your admin to reset your PIN

    Let your manager or office admin know you need a new PIN. They reset it from their dashboard and read you the new 4 digits.

    Use the new PIN at the iPad

    Walk up to the office iPad and tap in your new 4 digits. The green confirmation screen means you're clocked in.

Your PIN is just for the iPad

You only need your PIN to clock in and out on the office iPad. Checking your hours online uses your email and password instead — a forgotten PIN has nothing to do with that.

Missed punches while it was broken? They can be fixed

If your old PIN stopped working and you couldn't clock in or out, tell your admin the times you actually worked. They'll add those punches so your hours stay accurate.
