Review one employee's attendance

Pull a single employee's attendance scorecard, hours, and incident history over a chosen time span and export it.

The per-employee report gives you one person's track record at a glance: how often they're on time, how many hours they've worked, and a list of every late arrival, no-show, or missing punch. Use it for check-ins, reviews, or to back up a conversation about attendance.

  1. 1

    Open the report

Go to Reports and choose the Employee Report tab.

  2. 2

Pick the person and time span

Select an employee from the menu, then a time span: Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 6 Months, Last Year, or Since Hire Date.

Read the scorecard

The Attendance Scorecard scores four things with color: On Time, Late, No-Show, and Missing Punch. Green is good, amber is worth watching, red is a problem. Below it, the Hours & Pay Summary totals regular hours, overtime, total hours, average per week, and gross pay for the span you chose.

Read the incident log

The Incident Log lists each event — late, absent, missing punch, or out of shift — with the date and the detail. It shows up to 50 on screen; if there are more, the full list comes through in the export.

A clean record reads clearly

If the person had no issues in the span, the incident log shows a checkmark and *No incidents recorded for this period.*

  1. 1

    Export the record

Select Export on the incident log to download a spreadsheet of every incident for that employee. You'll get a confirmation that the download started.

Compare two people side by side

Select Compare Employees at the top of the tab to put attendance records next to each other — handy when you're weighing one person against another.

No one selected? You get the whole team

Before you pick a person, the tab shows a team overview for the chosen time span. Select any name there to drop into that employee's full report.
